The city contracts with a wide range of businesses for goods and services. People and organizations planning large events may need to apply for a special event permit from the city.

    Procurement

Bellevue procures products and services necessary for the city's operation. The city offers bid opportunities and requests for proposals or qualifications. Details about how to compete for city opportunities, including registering to be on a vendor roster, are available at Bid Opportunities, RFPs and RFQs.

    Special Event Permits

Organizers of large events (500 or more participants) must apply for special event permits, which are issued after consultation with the Bellevue Special Events Committee. Learn more.
