快闪式不栓绳遛狗试点计划
2023 年，Parks & Community Services Department很高兴推出 “快闪式”不栓绳遛狗试点计划 ，以满足广大市民对安全、无障碍空间日益增长的需求，宠物及其主人可在该区域尽情锻炼身体，享受户外活动。在征求社区意见的同时，三大公园（Crossroads、Wilburton Hill 和 Wildwood）和市政厅推出了带有围栏的临时性“快闪式”不栓绳遛狗设施。
基于社区支持与反馈、调查结果、受监控使用、工作人员建议以及Parks & Community Services Board和市议会的审核，试点项目改善永久性不遛狗栓绳设施普及性的目标已成功实现，并得到广泛支持。在社区意见的支持下，Crossroads Community Park、Wilburton Hill Community Park以及 Wildwood Park三大不栓绳遛狗设施将进行优化，并将成为永久性不栓绳遛狗设施。对三大公园的优化规划将包括调整围栏、设置长椅、凉亭与供水，详细信息请参见 2024 年快闪式 OLA 遛狗区试点计划报告。

Pop-up off-leash locations
In 2023, the Parks & Community Services Department launched a Pop-up Dog Off-Leash Pilot Program in response to growing demand for accessible and safe spaces for pets and their owners to get exercise and enjoy the outdoors.
Nearby off-leash dog areas
Look for added improvements at several of our permanent off-leash facilities, including benches, fencing, access and ADA improvements, shelters and water stations.
Know before you go
The safety of your pet and other park visitors is important. Please be courteous and follow all rules for responsible dog ownership while visiting Bellevue parks. Keep dogs leashed unless you are in a designated off-leash area.
