The hearing will be held in-person at the above location, with the option of a hybrid format upon request. To participate virtually, a request must be sent to the City of Bellevue Hearing Examiner at hearingexaminer@bellevuewa.gov by 4 p.m. at least three (3) business days prior to the date of the hearing.
Note: Pursuant to Rule 4.4 of Hearing Examiner’s Rules of Procedure, Parties – “The Parties in a Civil Violation proceeding are the City and the Person to whom the Notice of Civil violation was directed (Respondent). The participation of other persons in the hearing is normally as a Witness called by a Party.”
