Right in the middle of the Greenbelt's Community Gardens, this shelter is perfect for adult-only gatherings such as milestone birthday and anniversary parties. Right next door is the Ranger Station and seasonal produce stand. There are no playground facilities for children, so it is not recommended for functions involving kids.
Those with limited access can check park availability by contacting:
- Park Scheduling Office, email park names, sites/areas, dates, time frames (including alternates), and number of people to: ParkRental@BellevueWA.gov
- Please note, availability is subject to change.
- Picnic shelter with four picnic tables (30 people max. capacity)
- Restrooms at the Ranger Station
- Tranquil garden setting
From I-90, take the 148th Ave SE exit (exit 11B) north to SE 16th St. Turn right on SE 16th St. The parking lot is on the left before 156th Ave SE.
