    Mini City Hall is a neighborhood service center extending city services and community connections to Bellevue’s diverse population. Inside the Crossroads Bellevue mall, Mini City Hall specializes in personalized customer service, provided by a friendly staff, in 8 different languages.  We also offer phone interpretation in 240 languages.

    Schedule for Interpreters (telephone or email)

    The languages and times listed are based on the availability of our staff and partners who speak these languages. If your language is not listed, we offer a language line service to provide an interpreter over the phone. This service is available both in person at Mini City Hall and over the phone. Please contact us in advance to arrange for an interpreter.

    Community Partnerships

    Our partners visit Mini City Hall on a set schedule to assist residents, community members, and anyone seeking their services. Appointments are required for SHIBA – Office of the Insurance Commissioner, KIN ON and PIM Savvy. To schedule an appointment with these partners, please call us. All other partnerships operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Immigrant Women's Community Center

    • Strengths-based case management through advocacy, communication, referral, and resource management
    • Peacebuilding efforts including mediation services, healing circles, community discussions, conflict resolution workshops, support groups, and more
    • Community-based training and workshops that meet the needs of the community

    Africans on the Eastside 

    Availability: Every Friday from 12 PM to 4 PM

    • Assistance with completing various forms and applications (employment, education, housing, health)
    • Advocacy services for communication with landlords or utility providers
    • Personalized one-on-one support for families and youth
    • Guidance and support for internet searches and referrals (jobs, housing, legal services)

    Medicare 

    SHIBA - Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner 

    Availability: Appointment Required - 4 Appointment Slots for Each Day*

    1st and 2nd Tuesday of Every Month from 1 PM to 5 PM 
    3rd Tuesday of Every Month from 12 PM to 4 PM 
    4th Monday of Every Month from 12 PM to 4 PM 

    Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) volunteers provide free, unbiased and confidential help with Medicare to people of all ages and backgrounds. SHIBA volunteer advisors can help you:

    • Assess your Medicare health care coverage
    • Determine your general eligibility for health care coverage programs
    • Evaluate and compare Medicare plans and programs
    • Provide enrollment help with Medicare
    • Speak with 1-800 Medicare on your behalf
    • Make referrals to other agencies and programs
    • Collect and report possible Medicare fraud and complaints

    Availability: In-person service unavailable. Telephone & online assistance available.

    • Replace lost or damaged cards
    • Add fare products and value to existing ORCA cards

    Financial Coaching and Mentoring Services

    PIM Savvy

    Availability: Appointment Required for Financial Coaching or ITIN Services*

    2nd and 4th Wednesday of Every Month from 11 AM to 3 PM

    • Guidance and support on how to create a budget, reduce debt, how to improve credit scores, tips for saving money, how to establish a small business and more
    • Assistance with job searching, applying for jobs, preparing for interviews and creating a resume
    • Year-round Working Families Tax Credit application help
    • Individual Identification Number (ITIN) application and renewal/reactivation services
