Bellevue市正在收集Bellevue民众服务需求信息。相关数据将汇编于《2023-2024年民众服务需求更新（2023-2024 Human Services Needs Update）》，为本市民众服务资金分配提供信息。
为确保掌握当前需求数据，聆听不同声音，我们鼓励在Bellevue生活和/或工作的人员于7月27日至8月28日期间参加在线和纸质问卷调查。纸质问卷调查地点：
- Crossroads Community Center, 16000 NE 10th St.
- Highland Community Center, 14224 NE Bel-Red Rd.
- North Bellevue Community Center, 4063 148th Ave NE
- Northwest Arts Center, 9825 NE 24th St.
- South Bellevue Community Center, 14509 SE Newport Way
《民众服务需求更新（Human Services Needs Update）》在每个两年期民众服务拨款周期之前发布。该报告提供理解民众服务需求的背景，并确定获取收容所、行为健康、儿童保育、食品、残障人士援助和反家庭暴力支持等服务方面的不足之处。
