
The City of Bellevue will make a one-time-only adjustment if an outside buried service line is damaged at your home, resulting in a leak.
Billing adjustments are not made for leaks involving:
- irrigation systems
- pools or water features
- boat docks
If you have experienced a leak to an outside buried service line and have a registered account in Bellevue Utilities online Customer Service Portal, you can submit a Leak Adjustment Online form in the portal. If you do not have a registered online account, you can send a written request for an adjustment, along with proof of repair, to Bellevue Utilities, PO Box 90011, Bellevue, WA 98009-9011.
