Storm and Surface Water System Plan

The Storm and Surface Water System Plan establishes the city's storm and surface water policy, and is a major update of Bellevue's 1994 Comprehensive Drainage Plan. Intended for residents, business owners, city staff, developers and other interested parties, the plan supports Bellevue's Comprehensive Plan, evaluates the management of the city's storm and surface water system, provides a "road map" for future planning, and helps the city meet federal, state and regional regulations.
