That's the message that launches the City Council's vision of the city, Indeed, Bellevue is a diverse place, with a population evenly split between non-Hispanic whites and people of a minority race or ethnicity, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Our Diversity program is intended to ensure we provide equitable services to all in our community.
