Want to help youth reduce stress, feel happier, or perform better in school? Gardening or walking in the forest have positive impacts on young people’s health, including physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions. This webinar will explore evidence-based approaches to using time in nature with youth to improve their total wellness. Expect a presentation of current research, followed by practical ways to use facts to intentionally engage youth in nature. Presented by Marcy Reynolds, MSW, Child Mental Health Specialist, and Outdoor Educator of 16 years.
