BBG Society Class: Forest Bathing in the Ravine with Mindful in the Wild

Take a Walk on the Wild Side with Deborah Wilk and Jessica Hancock. Stroll across the Ravine Bridge and into the peace and sanctuary of the most pristine forested area of the Garden, while practicing mindfulness meditation and Shinrin-Yoku (Japanese Forest Bathing). Restore mind, body and spirit as you experience the healing power of Nature. This class will involve walking more than one mile, including up and down gentle inclines.
Cost: $24.50 for Bellevue Botanical Garden Society members. $35 for Non-members.
