Eligibility

To qualify for Bellevue's home repair assistance:

  • You must have owned and lived in the house for which you are requesting assistance for at least a year.
  • The house must be within the Bellevue city limits.
  • You must meet the program's income requirements. To determine eligibility, count the number of household members residing in the house (household size) and check the maximum allowable income on the table below.
