To protect your health and safety and that of program volunteers through the COVID-19 recommendations, the city along with Jubilee REACH will assess when outside improvements are possible. The completion of house projects is currently postponed.

For the "Day of Sharing and Caring," the city partners with local nonprofit Jubilee REACH, volunteers and local businesses to help individuals improve the appearance and safety of their homes. Donated materials and services are matched to homeowners' needs and requests.

To qualify, you must own and occupy your home in Bellevue. Selection is need-based. Ideal projects include the following: yard cleanups, bark and gravel spreading, power washing driveways, decks, fences, fence/gate shed or deck repair, junk hauling. Big and small projects are possible.

You can request a home improvement application by contacting Carol Ross cross@bellevuewa.gov. Applications must be submitted by June 26, 2020 . Residents whose projects are selected will be notified by July 21, 2020 Projects will run through September.
