Opioid Education, Prevention and Connection
To provide critical support to Opioid Use Disorder Crisis Response, the City of Bellevue is offering $50,000 for one year, with the possibility of extension for up to four years, for proposals focused on culturally and linguistically specific opioid education, prevention and resource connection. Completed applications must be emailed to humanservices@bellevuewa.gov by 4 p.m., October 3, 2024.

Human Services Fund
The City of Bellevue provides grants to nonprofit organizations that support human services activities. Applications are solicited every two years. The Human Services Commission reviews the applications and gives funding recommendations to the City Council, which decides which organizations receive funding and how much is provided.
The application period for 2025-2026 Human Services Fund closed April 8, 2024.
Contracts and Reporting
Organizations funded by the city are required to submit quarterly performance reports and annual demographics and outcomes reports.
