Budget reports can be thought of as blueprints that show how the organization will carry out City Council’s policy direction as provided in the budget. The organization checks on how well the plans are executed by monitoring revenues and expenses against what was budgeted, reporting on the use of financial resources, surveying stakeholders, and managing the city’s investment and debt portfolio.
In addition to viewing current and past budget reports and the investment and debt policy, the city invites you to take a deeper look at performance through its Open Data Portal and Performance Portal.
