An updated BelRed Streetscape Plan was approved by the Transportation Department in early 2022 and incorporated into the Transportation Design Manual as Appendix B. The updated plan includes new sections on Public Art and Streetscape Elements as well as best practices to guide development of new streetscapes in the BelRed Neighborhood Area.
Project Status and Timeline
The updated BelRed Streetscape Plan was completed in December 2021 and incorporated into the Transportation Design Manual in early 2022.
