Meetings: The Planning Commission typically meets every second and fourth Wednesday and other Wednesdays or other special meetings as needed. All meetings, including study sessions and public hearings, are open to the public and public comments are always welcome. Comments received in writing or electronically will be provided to the Planning Commission at their next scheduled meeting. Commission meetings are held in the Council Conference Room unless otherwise posted. If you wish to make a comment to the Commission, please refer to Public Comments at a Study Session and Testimony for a Public Hearing.

The terms are four years and expire on May 31 of the last year of the term. No one can serve more than two consecutive full terms.
