Neighborhood Service Centers

Neighborhood Outreach operates two facilities open to the public for in-person assistance with neighborhood issues. The Neighborhood Resource Center is located at City Hall (directions and parking) in downtown Bellevue, 450 110th Ave. NE.

Mini City Hall is a satellite facility operated at the Crossroads Shopping Center, 15600 NE Eighth St. Mini City Hall provides special outreach to multi-cultural populations, offering services in nine languages.
