Residents to celebrate Meydenbauer Bay's bright future Saturday |
|
Residents will have a chance to visualize the waterfront park planned at Meydenbauer Bay at Bellevue Waterfront Day at the Bay, noon to 3 p.m., The free event will feature boat rides, which will afford people views of the waterfront property acquired for the park last month and help them visualize the future park. Other activities include games, children's music, face painting, "make 'em and take 'em" crafts and historic displays. No parking is available at the park, but it is available at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue, 209 100th Ave. NE, and City Hall, 450 110th Ave. NE. A free shuttle will run every 15 minutes between City Hall and Meydenbauer Beach Park. |
