Teen crunch on Lake to Lake

Between video games, social media and junk food, teenagers may be distracted from getting and staying in shape. But a partnership between Bellevue Parks and Community Services and Crunch Fitness aims to provide a healthy alternative.

The new, free fitness program is one of the featured segments on the February edition of Lake to Lake, a news show that can be viewed on the city's YouTube Channel, streamed from the Bellevue TV page or viewed on Channel 21.

Other featured segments this month include:

  • Bellevue and Redmond working together to improve traffic flow along their shared border;
  • The city's new mayor and deputy mayor; and
  • MLK Day at Crossroads Bellevue Shopping Center.

Gettin' fit can be fun.
