Spring Forward Expo

Several major projects are starting this year. Now it’s time for you to see what is blooming. Join department directors, project managers and city staff at Bellevue's Spring Forward Expo (flyer) as they showcase projects and programs. Projects from Development Services, Parks and Community Services, Planning and Community Development, Transportation, and Utilities will be represented.  Additionally, representatives from Sound Transit and WSDOT will be on-hand.  View all projects by neighborhood (pdf) or department (pdf).  For detailed project information, download the Spring Forward Expo Project Booklet (pdf).

The Expo will be Wednesday, April 24, 4-7 p.m., at City Hall.

Projects making a difference in your community to be presented include:

• Bellevue Botanical Garden expansion and the Bellevue Youth Theatre construction;
• Northeast 15th Street: 116th Avenue Northeast to 124th Avenue Northeast, Phase 1 design, Lakemont Boulevard and Southeast Cougar Mountain Way intersection improvements and the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trail final design;
• New bridge for Coal Creek Parkway between Southeast 60th Street and Forest Drive;
• Comprehensive Plan Update forming Bellevue’s future;
• Newly annexed Eastgate neighborhood projects.

Parking: City Hall is located at 450 110th Ave. NE, across the street from the Bellevue Transit Center. The building’s main entrance and the visitors parking garage are accessible from 110th Avenue. Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. If the Visitor garage is full, parking is available in the city’s employee garage, Monday – Friday, 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. Follow directions from Northeast Sixth Street.
