Parking and Directions
City Hall is conveniently located at 450 110th Ave. NE (Northeast Fourth Street and 110th Avenue Northeast) in downtown Bellevue, near the Bellevue Transit Center, a block west of Interstate 405.
If you are walking, the pedestrian entrance (plaza) is located on 110th Avenue. When you enter the building, you will be on the second floor.
If you are busing, get off at the Bellevue Transit Center on Northeast Sixth Street between 108th and 110th avenues. Walk east to 110th Avenue, cross and use the pedestrian entrance.
If you are bicycling, bike racks are available on the building plaza (pedestrian entrance) and in the visitor parking garage accessible from 110th Avenue.
If you are driving, the visitor parking entrance is located on 110th Avenue. After you park and enter the building, you will be on the first floor. Oversize vehicles (6’8” and over) enter the garage on Northeast Sixth Street. (oversize parking map)
- The visitor parking garage has restricted access and is managed by a parking contractor. Monday through Friday, free parking is available only to those doing business or attending meetings at City Hall. Violators will be cited and are subject to tow.
- Parking in the visitor parking garage is available on a “first come, first served” basis and parking availability is not guaranteed. There are other “pay” parking lots in the immediate vicinity.
- Parking is available to anyone on weekends and legal holidays. The parking rate schedule is posted in the garage (rates are subject to change).
