Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood with a great view of the Cascade Mountains, the Northwest Arts Center hosts many city programs and also offers rental spaces (one equipped with a kitchen).

These rooms can accommodate social gatherings such as weddings, anniversary receptions and birthday parties, as well as business meetings, retreats and classes.

Northwest Arts Center rental spaces:

Studio B - capacity 50

Studio D - capacity 115

Studio C (Kitchen) - capacity 25

Renter's Responsibility:

Review the Rental Fees and Rental Information packet.
Rental reservations must be made by a person 21 years of age or older.
Northwest Arts Center is a community center for programs and rentals (programs are given priority). Rental times are on a space-available basis. For rental availability, please call 425-452-7150 or e-mail the Arts Center. Please note that verifying there is availability does not guarantee a reservation. Confirmation will be sent when application and payment are received.
Do not send out invitations or other printed materials before event is confirmed by staff at the Northwest Arts Center.
If the facility is available, complete a Facility Use Request form to secure the facility.
All completed applications must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the rental date.
Credit card number or check must accompany the application. When submitting a credit card, please include the Credit Card Authorization form.

Northwest Arts Center responsibility:

Provide information on availability and answer questions about the facility.
If requested, set up an appointment to view the center.
Once application and payment are received, a rental monitor will be located. A rental monitor is required for any meeting held during non-city hours.
Confirmation of rental will be sent via e-mail, mail or phone.
Make sure all required paperwork is complete prior to the rental.

Rental Policies that may impact rental events:

Tours are available by appointment only.
All parties/rental events must end no later than 10 p.m.
All persons must vacate property by 11 p.m.
Serving alcohol must end by 9 p.m. or one hour prior to the end time of event.
Rentals are not confirmed until a rental monitor is secured.
No schedule changes are allowed within two weeks of the rental date.
