Call us any time you have a question, suggestion or concern about residential life in Bellevue. Neighborhood Outreach is your place to turn for information or assistance. Major Outreach programs and services are found in the list on the left.

Neighborhood Outreach also collaborates with other city departments and community agencies to sponsor community events and classes, provide meeting speakers, solve problems and provide seamless service to neighborhoods.
