If you need help organizing your neighborhood group, the Neighborhood Organizing Guide will provide valuable resources for you and your community. It includes information on forming a core group, organizing effective meetings, choosing officers, membership recruitment, bylaws and more. Great for new associations or as a refresher for all associations!
If you’ve thought about bringing together neighbors in your area, give us a call and we can help you get started. The “Better Together” program brings together neighborhood associations with a new organizing toolkit, leadership training classes, seed funding and coaching for leaders of associations. For more information, contact Julie Ellenhorn at 425-452-5372 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please register your neighborhood association or community club with the city. Providing current contact information on an annual basis assures that your residents don’t miss out on any of our many neighborhood events, forums and trainings. Be sure that the person you list as your communications contact is someone who can disseminate information to your neighborhood on a regular basis.
