The City of Bellevue contracts with a private company called Allied Waste (Rabanco) for garbage and recycling services. Allied collects on all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. See Missed Pickups and Holiday Schedules.

Residents can contact Allied (Rabanco) by phone at 425-452-4762, or by e-mail for help with garbage, recycling, yard debris and food scraps collection and missed pickups. Call the Bellevue Utilities Department at 425-452-6932 for unresolved issues with Allied or for help with recycling options.
Businesses and property owners can contact Allied (Rabanco) at 425-646-2492, e-mail, or check the Rabanco (Allied) Web site for help with garbage and recycling for businesses and property owners and for missed pickups.
