Facilities ServicesFacilities Services provides coordinated and cost-effective planning, development, maintenance and management services to support government operations and preserve the city’s investment in City Hall, the Bellevue Service Center and other general city facilities.
The division plans and implements major maintenance, capital projects, preventive maintenance and event support. Our goal is to ensure that city facilities meet or exceed customer expectations for cleanliness and safety, and enable city staff to effectively and efficiently deliver services to the public.

Resource Conservaton Facilities Services is pursuing a resource conservation management program, finding ways to save the city money on utility bills and reduce energy and water use, as well as cut down on solid waste. These steps will reduce greenhouse gas emissions from city activities.
The program focuses primarily on operational and behavioral solutions, with evaluation of conservation measures at all of the city's facilities. The Resource Conservation Management program is consistent with Bellevue's Environmental Stewardship Initiative. Questions can be sent to conservation@bellevuewa.gov.
