Crossroads Mini City Hall

Crossroads Mini City Hall is a neighborhood service center extending city services and community connections to East Bellevue residents. A fully equipped satellite office inside Crossroads Shopping Center, the Mini City Hall specializes in personalized customer service and outreach to Bellevue's diverse population. Service is provided in nine languages, and staff is available to provide information and assistance to visitors Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Multilingual Service Hours:
*In addition, with Language Line Services, staff has access to interpreters who speak more than 100 languages, Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Spanish: Mondays and Tuesdays, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Russian: Thursdays 10 – 6, Fridays 12 – 2:30, Saturdays 10 – 6
Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese): Wednesdays 10 – 6 (will start January 9)
Korean: Fridays 10 – 12
Hindi, Bengali, Urdu: Mondays 10 – 4, Tuesdays 10 – 3
