BELLEVUE – The Bellevue City Council discussed the proposed 2007-2008 Operating Budget and 2007-2013 Capital Investment Program Plan Monday and will continue the budget talk Wednesday at a study session in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, 6 to 10 p.m.
After numerous discussions and three public hearings, the Council is expected to vote on the budget in early December.
