Residents with disabilities win medals and friends at Special Olympics Washington's annual summer games. Members of the Bellevue Blaze, a team from the Highland Community Center, are featured in this month's It's Your City television show.

"I wanted to get out of my house and do things," said Sara Aldrich, who participated in the April event at Fort Lewis. "I like the fact that I get to do so many activities and that I've made so many friends."
