Bike ride to promote Eastgate study |
|
At a free outreach bike ride this month, cyclists can learn more about Mountains to Sound trail options and give city transportation planners input on how to make Eastgate, Bellevue's busiest cycling corridor, more bike-friendly. The ride starts at Enatai Beach Park on Tuesday, July 26 at 5:30 p.m., and makes a loop to the Sunset Trailhead and back (route map). The City of Bellevue is cosponsoring the ride with Cascade Bicycle Club in support of the city's Eastgate/I-90 Corridor Study. Bellevue staff and Mountains to Sound Greenway Executive Director Cynthia Welti will be on hand to share information and hear your comments. Cascade Bicycle Club offers details about the ride. No registration is necessary, but RSVPs are appreciated. |
