Primary Responsibilities
Plant trees and shrubs, restore trails and remove invasive plants at city parks. For Eco Fridays, volunteers work in groups, and the city encourages people to form groups before signing up for a project. Individuals can still participate, after being assigned to a group. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please bring shears, loppers or pruners. Also, sturdy shoes or boots, work gloves, water, layers of comfortable clothing, long pants, rain gear (if necessary). These are rain or shine events.
