Vacancies on Network on Aging Board |
|
With at least two vacancies soon on the Bellevue Network on Aging, new volunteers can apply to serve on the board, which promotes awareness of needs and resources that support older adults. Members serve two-year terms, usually committing six to 12 hours per month to board activities. Candidates must live, work or serve older adults in Bellevue, and 51 percent of the group must be over 50 years of age. Applications are due Oct. 1. Hard copies are available at Bellevue Aging Services at the North Bellevue Community Center, 4063 148th Ave. NE.
