Go green at EverGreen Gift Market

Being green is easy at the EverGreen Holiday Gift Market. This one-day event on Saturday, Nov. 19, is an opportunity for community members to find handmade, local, upcycled and sustainably-sourced goods.

Sponsored by the City of Bellevue, the EverGreen Market is a free, family-friendly event, where visitors can discover new tastes, sights and smells, and browse some wonderful goods and crafts. The event will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m., in the Highland Middle School gym, 15027 NE BelRed Rd.

"The EverGreen Holiday Gift Market is an opportunity for our community to support local businesses and artisans," said Jennifer Goodhart, conservation and outreach program administrator for the city. "You'll find something for everyone on your gift list, and have the peace of mind of knowing that your purchases support a more sustainable future for you, your family and the community."
