Thanks to a seven-year-old neighbor who noticed smoke, a fire only damaged part of an East Bellevue house Monday evening.
At 5:20 p.m., the girl saw smoke coming from her neighbor's house and told her father, who called 911. Firefighters were able to control the blaze within eight minutes.
